- Durban and Surrounding Areas: Delivery within 1 working day.
- Johannesburg and Surrounding Areas: Delivery within 2 working days.
- Other Areas in South Africa: Delivery within 3 to 4 working days.
Note: Delivery times are estimates and may vary based on location and external factors. Delivery costs are calculated at checkout and are non-refundable.
7. Returns and Refunds
Your satisfaction is important to us. Volty accepts returns in compliance with South African consumer law, which provides specific rights for online purchases, even for non-new items. Please review our return policy carefully.
Eligibility for Returns
Items sold on Volty are primarily out-of-box, returned, or overstock items offered at reduced prices. As such, we inspect all items for quality before listing them for sale. However, if you find that the item is defective, damaged, or not as described, you may be eligible for a return.
- Defective or Damaged Products: If an item is defective or arrives damaged, please contact us within 7 days of receipt. We will arrange for a return and provide you with a replacement or full refund, including any associated shipping costs.
- Incorrect Item: If you received an incorrect item, notify us within 7 days of receipt. We will cover the return shipping costs and ensure you receive the correct item.
- Change of Mind or No Valid Reason: If you wish to return an item for a reason other than defect, damage, or incorrect item (e.g., change of mind), you may do so within 7 days of receiving it, provided the item is unused and in the original packaging. Please note that in such cases, the customer is responsible for all return shipping fees. Refunds will be issued minus any initial shipping fees.

Refunds
